Do you find city trips too hot for summer? Think again, because Kortrijk has found a solution! Here, you can enjoy city tripping from a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) and discover the most beautiful places from the water. 🌊 In Kortrijk, you can SUP between the impressive Broel towers or take a tour around Buda Island. Although it was our first experience on a SUP, the water activity turned out to be not only for advanced paddlers. Thanks to the long paddle and the calm waters of the Leie, we were able to really enjoy the sights from the water, while other tourists were puffing and chilling by the shore. We rented our SUP board through the SUP 2 GO system, an easy and accessible self-service system. Through an online account, you choose a location, date, length of time, and number of boards, which you retrieve from a locker on the spot. SUPer easy and fun if you ask us! 🏄♂️
