Discover the northernmost point of Funen, Fyns Hoved
From Sjaelland, you drive over the Great Belt Bridge to Funen, the centrally located island of Denmark. Here you visit Fyns Hoved, the northernmost point of Funen. This special landscape is surrounded by the sea on both sides, and you will find steep coasts with large rocks on the beach. Near the very tip, you will find Fyns Hoved Camping. A perfectly located campsite for a visit to this area. For a camper spot with electricity, we paid €39.50 here. For sunset, I recommend driving to the parking lot of Fyns Hoved. The last stretch is on a sandy road, with the sea on both sides. In just over twenty minutes, you walk along the left side of the beach to the very tip. At this spot, but certainly also on the way, you are greeted with a phenomenal view. Panoramic over the cliffs, the beach, and the sea. We were lucky with a clear sky, and thus a beautiful sunset that left a golden glow.
