The oldest city in Germany: Trier

In the west of Germany, along the banks of the Moselle, you will find one of the two oldest cities in Germany: Trier. For culture and history lovers, Trier is a true treasure trove, and fashion lovers will also find plenty to enjoy here. Since we wanted to limit our visit to the city to just one day, we looked in advance for the sights we definitely didn't want to miss. We pinned them all on Google Maps and tried to find the most logical route through Trier. We saw all the real highlights - Porta Nigra, Trier Cathedral, ... - but also discovered some less touristy spots. Even with our dog Tosca, Trier was a lovely day trip!
