The activity begins promptly at 7 a.m. Depart on your bike from your accommodation or the rental spot. Pay the park entry fee at Lake Mburo's entrance, where a ranger will guide your team. Despite the seemingly flat terrain, the safari can be physically demanding, balancing wildlife spotting and keeping pace with the ranger. Signal if you prefer a slower ride to fully enjoy the experience.
During the safari, you'll pause at marshes, potentially spotting the rare shoebill bird. Expect sightings of zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, oribis, warthogs, and antelopes—a thrilling adventure!
