The National Museum of Cambodia in Phnom Penh is a dedicated to preserving and showcasing the country’s rich history and heritage. Located near the Royal Palace, the museum shows a collection from the 6th century and up.
The collection includes sculptures, ceramics, inscriptions, and art. Most of them are of the Angkor period.
Another plus of the museum is its beautiful garden and courtyard, and the architecture of the museum itself with its red sandstone tiles.
