Ayutthaya was a historical kingdom and city in modern-day Thailand, founded in 1350 by King Uthong. Serving as the Siamese capital for over 400 years until its destruction by the Burmese in 1767, Ayutthaya was a major Southeast Asian trading hub, attracting merchants.
It featured impressive temples, palaces, and statues, such as Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Wat Chaiwatthanaram, and Wat Mahathat, showcasing a blend of architectural styles.
