Dreamland Beach is located on the west coast of the Uluwatu Peninsula. It is an incredibly beautiful beach with fine white sand and turquoise water, surrounded by limestone cliffs. The water is so stunning that it’s almost hard to believe it’s real.
You park on top of the cliff and pay an entrance fee of 5,000 rupiah per person—just €1 for a family of four.
However, the waves are extremely strong, so we wouldn’t recommend swimming here. We saw several people brave the water, but it was immediately clear that, given the strong currents, this wasn’t the best idea.
For surfers, though, this is an amazing spot. There’s a surf club where you can rent surfboards and take lessons.
You can also rent sunbeds here and grab a bite to eat or a drink at one of the restaurants. Dreamland Warung offers a stunning view of the beach.
