Palomino is a small hippie village in the north of Colombia, on the Carribean coast. Like the rest of Colombia there is a nice and chill vibe in the morning and a more vivid one in the evening. You can hear salsa music everywhere :-)
There is one ‘main street’ where you can buy local arts and crafts and have dinner in the evening.
If you want to discover Palomino in some more luxury, I highly recommend Naio Hotel Palomino. It’s absolutely stunning! Located a 5 minute walk from the main street the location is great.
Unfortunately, Palomino suffers
from global warming. The sea has already moved 30 meters toward the village in the past 20 years. So if you are doubting to go this is your chance before the village may no longer be there. If you are looking for a sign, this is it! 🌴🌊
