Lake Bled is a popular spot with many tourists. As to our findings, we recommend arriving before the second half of July, and we can only assume, after second half of August. We had been here twice in a weeks time, the first time around the 17th of July, it was busy but ok, second time around we couldn't even find parking...
Hiking Lake Bled
IMPORTANT: Whenever you see a sign to hike in Slovenia, there will be a timeslot in how many hours it'll take on average to get TO the viewpunt, NOT the duration of the whole hike. So count at least double the time needed. If we had known, we would've taken more water and more snacks with us. Whichever hike you decide to do totally depends on your level, how far you wanna go, what views you want to have, ... There are so many possibilities here to walk around the lake or to a viewpunt, ...
