For an optimal experience, we highly recommend starting your journey at Sunset Point, strategically avoiding the challenging ascent of the switchbacks. Why take the hard way when you can take the easy way? ;-) As you descend into the canyon, be prepared to be awestruck by the sheer beauty that surrounds you. Towering hoodoos, delicate rock formations, and vibrant hues of red and orange create a surreal landscape that seems straight out of a painting.
There are countless photo spots. Whether you want a quick selfie, an amazing landscape or a photo of you with the canyon in the background, this trail has it all!
The Navajo Loop leads you through narrow passages and sculpted tunnels, offering a sense of adventure and discovery with every step. As you merge onto the Queens Garden trail, be prepared to encounter a majestic collection of hoodoos that resemble an enchanted garden. Your hike will end at Sunrise Point, from here it is a 15-minute walk back to Sunset Point on a paved road.
The hike takes between 2 to 3 hours, but is so worth it! With each twist and turn, the beauty of Bryce Canyon National Park reveals itself in all its glory.
