This hike in Flumserberg, Ostschweiz in Switzerland is ideal for those who love a panoramic mountain route but don’t want to hike too difficult paths. It is situated near a ski region which is not disturbing because it’s a small ski area.
The route goes back over the same path, but because its panoramic characteristic it’s really not that bad. At the highest point of this hike, there is a cosy bar where you can enjoy a drink under the sun. Perfect to recharge your batteries for the descent.
On our way down, we did the last part of our hiking route via a sledge track. We took a little sledge with us in our backpack, to sledge the last metres down.
