Sticky Waterfalls, also known as Bua Thong Waterfalls, are a unique natural attraction located about an hour out of Chiang Mai.
Unlike typical waterfalls, the limestone surface of Bua Thong makes them less slippery, allowing visitors to easily climb up and down the cascades with ropes. There are three levels and adventure is assured.
The water at Sticky Waterfalls is rich in minerals, which creates a sticky texture on the limestone rocks. The surrounding lush forest adds to the scenic beauty, making it a popular spot for both tourists and locals.
