What to do in Adelaide
To me, Adelaide offers the perfect blend between urban and nature. Spending a few days in this city made me think I could actually live here.

A stroll around the city
It's very chill to walk around Adelaide. Modern skyscrapers contrast with historic architecture, shops alternate with greenery. And no city stroll in Adelaide is complete without a visit to the Adelaide Central Market. This market is a food lover's paradise. Lots of aisles, lots of people, lots of different cultures and tastes! We tried out the dumplings, pasta, and juices. Soooo good!

Cross the Adelaide Riverbank Pedestrian Bridge
Connecting the north and south banks of the River Torrens, the Adelaide Riverbank Pedestrian Bridge is not just a link; it's an architectural marvel which gives a different perspective of the city. The bridge can only be crossed by pedestrians and has seating areas, perfect for taking a break!
Discover the Botanic Park & Garden
Escape the urban bustle and discover the green heart of Adelaide – the Botanic Garden. Within the park, you’ll find themed gardens, native flora, and exotic plant collections. A lovely break from the city! On our way to the Garden we crossed the Botanic Park by coincidence. Here you’ll find thousands of flying foxes, all hanging in the trees above you. I thought this was very spectacular, since I’ve never seen so many of them together. It must be very cool to see them come to life during the evening.
