When you think of Corsica, you often picture big, meaty dishes. But Corsica has so many different specialties and delicious foods to try. After eating a lot of meat on our holiday, we decided to try fine dining at a star restaurant surrounded by the sea and mountains. We chose La Verrière, which had a six-course menu focused entirely on fish.
I had an amazing time at La Verrière. From the moment I walked in, the elegant but cozy atmosphere made me feel welcome. The glass walls gave us beautiful views of the landscape, adding to the charm. The food was fantastic, with each dish carefully made from fresh, local ingredients. Every bite was full of flavor, and you could tell the menu was thoughtfully planned. The service was excellent—attentive but not too much. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a special evening, with great food, stunning views, and a warm atmosphere.
