Sweden
12 hours in Stockholm
We started and ended our roadtrip through Central-Sweden in Stockholm. So it wasn't a multiday citytrip, but a quick half-day taste of the beautiful Swedish capital.

Lunch @ Tribowl
We arrived in Stockholm with the airport train around noon. The perfect time for a delicious lunch. We found this cute Swedish lunch bar called 'Tribowl'. It has a selection of bowls with Swedish twists. The owner is a super nice guy giving you plenty of tips to do in Stockholm. The perfect start of our quick visit to Stockholm!
Top tip: If you are having you luggage with you and are not able to check-in yet in your hotel, you can use the big lockers in the central station. They easily fit a large suitcase.

Strolling around the old city center
Stockholm is a city that consists of 16 separate islands. Since we only had a few hours of spare time, we decided to stroll along the cobbled streets of the old town: Gamla Stan. On this island there are plenty of highlights to see like the royal palace, the Nobel price museum and even a funny little juice bar with oranges stacked against the windows. A must stop for your healthy portion of juice!
After our stroll through Gamla Stan we checked-in to our hotel near the train station. After which we took the metro towards the isle of Södermalm for our dinner.
