Saint Louis

We finally reached Saint-Louis, that beautiful city! Our first exploration was a calèche tour, which turned out to be both relaxing and informative. It was a great way to take in the sights and learn about the city's history. Afterward, we checked in at Siki Hotel, a lovely place right in the heart of the city. The hotel had such a warm and welcoming vibe, making it the perfect spot to rest and recharge.

Saint Louis, Senegal

Visiting Saint Louis

Visiting a place by horse carriage is usually not my style. I prefer to walk and get lost to discover things on my own. But here in Saint Louis, it was actually such a great experience to explore a large part of the city with the explanations of our guides. It’s a fun way to see most of the town, and afterwards, you can always go back to the places you liked at your own pace. Saint Louis is beautiful, the architecture, the history, everything. You’ll find great bars, cafés, and restaurants. This city really has all you need. And the atmosphere at night is something special, with a nice jazz vibe floating in the air. I highly recommend visiting. This adventure in Senegal was made possible in collaboration with Brussels Airlines, which offers direct flights from Brussels to Dakar.
