Crowned Norway's most beautiful mountain valley, Innerdalen is quite a popular spot and you will notice this as soon as you arrive. With 3 huge paid parking areas, it caters to big crowds, so it's best to arrive late afternoon to have the place more or less to yourself (although in our case, the rain probably also deterred quite a few people). The valley itself is completely car free, so be ready for a short but pretty steep hike up and over a hill to get to the cute little valley filled with moss-covered huts. There's the option to camp in the valley and go on some longer hikes, or just enjoy a hot tea and cinnamon bun in the small hytte.
