Natuur, Zweedse keuken en... ABBA!
Verken het mooiste eiland van Stockholm!

Talk a walk in Djurgården
Djurgården is one of many islands in Stockholm, but for sure is the most quiet one. And for me: the most beautiful one, too! Here you can walk around in a huge park and if you wish, also visit Skansen, an open air museum with traditional Swedish houses and animals (including reindeer!). I loved stopping at a big bridge in the middle of the park, taking in the calming views. You definitely wouldn't say you are in a big city when standing here.

Lunch at Rosendals Trädgård
Rosendals Trädgård is a unique place in the middle of Djurgården. It is a garden center, a coffee place, a bakery and so much more in one. For me, it's a typical, creative, Scandinavian concept. Love it! I ended up having a small lunch in one of their greenhouses (they serve soups, sandwiches, fika and sweets) and it was perfect. They only use organic and biological ingredients.

Next up: ABBA!!
One of the reasons you just have to visit Stockholm one day: they have a freakin' ABBA Museum! ;-) And even though it might sound a bit silly, it's really worth it. I spent about an hour in the museum, discovering more about the band ànd singing along with them in an interactive game. Fun assured!
Neem de metro naar Norrmalm (centrum)

Christmas lights and shopping in Hamngatan
Now take some time to enjoy the Christmas lights and shops in the Norrmalm (Hamngatan) area. Make sure to take a look at Gallerian, the biggest mall of the city center of Stockholm. Not as "chique" as Lafayette in Paris, but nice to take a look. Walk a bit uphill to find the city's cultural center - sometimes hosting an exposition.

Dinner at Restaruang Hantverket
Enjoy your last Swedish dinner at Hantverket. “Hantverk” literally means “craft” in Swedish, and this restaurant emphasizes just that! The best seasonal ingredients are chosen to highlight authentic Swedish and rustic flavors and the interior translates that feeling perfectly.
