Getting to know the area.
Waking up early, I wandered through the ancient ruins surrounding the house, dating back to the 14th century, beautifully restored by my young and hospitable hosts. they are really so kind. If you have the chance to stay at Casa Rural Ger, I really really recommend it. Later, I picked up an old friend from Spain, adding a touch of companionship to my workation adventure. The village where I stayed has only four residents, with a nearby village housing just 40. It's a silent place untouched by tourism, a hidden gem for those seeking silent nature and nearby activities. We spent the day with our hosts, discovering their favourite spots by the river, perfect for picnics or leisurely walks.
