Visit Saint Paul de Vence
Start your day at the medieval artist village Saint Paul de Vence, around 30 minutes from Nice. Best to visit early in the morning, before all tourists arrive. Stroll around for an hour and end your visit with a nice and local lunch at Cafe de La Place.

Hike at National Park Mercantour
Now drive further into the mountains. Such a strange feeling, being up in the mountains so close to the sea! Parc Le Mercantour is your place to be. Here you can hike as long as you like up to massive views and mountain lakes.
