Viñales is located in the west of Cuba and is easily accessible from Havana (a 2.5-hour drive) and from the provincial capital, Pinar del Río (a 45-minute drive). Although 1-2 nights in Viñales is ideal to fully explore the area, a day trip from Havana is sufficient if you're short on time.
