I stayed in a beautiful tiny house in Belgium! It's located near Luik and it's the coolest airbnb I've been into! You have all the necessities: a shower, a sink, pans to cook something, towels, a beautiful bed in a mezzanine, a view on the garden in front of a field. What I really liked was the outside bbq/brazier and the wood stove inside that makes you feel really cozy. You have wood available at any time whenever you are in need. And the view is something else. I really recommand this place to have a relaxing week-end. You can also explore the surroundings with a lots of castles, etc.
