Start your day with a fun basket boat ride on the Thu Bon River, a must-do in Hoi An! Glide through the peaceful Bay Mau Coconut Forest and explore the serene countryside. If you're up for some excitement, ask your guide to spin the boat for a dizzying experience! Our favorite highlight was the basket boat dance, where locals groove to Gangnam Style. So much fun! Last but not least: try to go early to avoid the heat and the crowds.

Dinner time at Madam Khanh - The Banh Mi Queen
Treat yourself to delicious banh mi at Madam Khanh's eatery, right across from our favorite tailor. Yes, she is actually called the banh mi queen, and with good reason! Any of the 6 different banh mi sandwiches she offers will leave you craving for more. Since we had to visit our tailor a couple of times, we revisited this place numerous times as well. We tried all the sandwiches here, and they are oh-so-good. Our favorite is definitely the BBQ banh mi so definitely try that one first!
