Hiking the Brekkefossen and Rimstigen
As the sun is out, it's time for a hike. We were close to the Brekkefossen so took the opportunity to go and do the small hike to the waterfall. Afterwards we visited the small town of Undredal to end the day with a very challenging hike to Rimstigen.
Brekkefossen
The hike to Brekkefossen is an easy half hour hike. On top you have a nice view of Naeroy fjord & the waterfall.
Undredal
Go take a look at the quiet little village of Undredal which is located on the Aurlandsfjord.
Hike up to Rimstigen
The hike to Rimstigen was quite demanding as it was very muddy and steep. This hike is often called the forgotten hike and gives you a beautiful view over Naeroysfjord. Estimated total distance: 7 km and Total ascent: 750 meters.
