Rome with chef - Pasta cooking course You might immediatly think NO, never ever will I be doing something so typically touristic... Well I totally understand. However, this was sooooo much fun!! Rome is a feast for the senses, but experiencing it through the eyes (and taste buds) of a chef takes it to a whole new level. Beyond the historic landmarks and picturesque streets, the heart of the city beats in its kitchens, bustling markets, and traditional trattorias. Sadly, I can not promise you this will be the best pasta you will ever eat. Don't expect it to be very good. However, enjoy the explanation with a tasty aperol and hugo spritz.
