Located beneath Waterloo Station, the Leake Street Tunnel, also known as the "Banksy Tunnel," is a renowned hub of graffiti and urban art ๐จ๐
Originally built as a passageway for carts delivering goods to the nearby Victorian market, the tunnel fell into disuse. In 2008, Banksy organized the "Cans Festival" here, where he and other street artists transformed the dark tunnel into a vibrant urban art exhibition space. Since then, the tunnel has become a legal graffiti zone, showcasing the talent of street artists from around the world.
