Curaçao
The perfect combination of adventure and relaxation
The last day is for a perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. Rise early for a hike up Mount Christoffel, the island's highest point. After the hike, cool off at Curaçao’s most picturesque beaches. End the trip on a high note with one last sunset in Blue Bay.

Hiking to the top of Mount Christoffel
After checking in at the visitor centre and paying the entrance fee, the adventurous drive through the park to the start of the trail starts. A one-way road winding through lush greenery with occasional steep climbs. There's a small parking lot at the trailhead where you can fill up your water bottle (you'll need it!). 🥾 The trail starts flat and easy but soon enough it gets steeper and steeper. The trail is well indicated with yellow arrows and dots guiding the way. The final stretch is less hiking and more climbing. In 60 to 90 minutes, you'll be standing atop Mount Christoffel and be rewarded with panoramic views of the entire island. 🌿Along the way, keep an eye out for Curaçao's amazing wildlife.

Kleine Knip: a beach for the chill seekers
After the hike, head to Kleine Knip to cool off. This is a serene and intimate beach that feels like a hidden oasis. The clear, shallow waters are perfect for swimming or snorkelling, revealing colourful fish just below the surface so don't forget to pack your snorkel gear. And the best part? It’s completely free!

Grote Knip: a beach for the thrill seekers
Just 800 metres from Kleine Knip lies Grote Knip, a larger and more iconic beach known for its postcard-worthy backdrop. This makes it one of Curaçao's most popular beaches, loved by both tourists and locals. Take a moment to stand at the cliffside viewpoint for a picture-perfect panorama of the bay below or go for a thrill and jump into the sea.

Blue Bay sunset apéro
As the day winds down, return to Blue Bay for one last Caribbean sunset. For dinner, stop by Tribu for delicious pizza, which you can enjoy on their patio or take to the beach.
