Day 1
Drive to and dinner at the lodge
Upon arrival in Marrakech, the guides from Travelbase and the shuttle will be waiting for you. You drive straight to Zawyat Oulmzi , a mountain village at the top of "Happy Valley". This will be the starting point of the Atlas Trail. The drive takes 5 hours, with a break halfway. Once you arrive at the lodge, you will be welcomed with local treats. How about a delicious tagine? And some more tea to end the day.
