We stayed at Yelloh Village Lous Seurrots for a week with our family of 10 (my parents, my sister and her family and us). We had 4 kids with us, my kids (8 and 11 years old) and 2 smaller kids (3 and 4). This camping turned out to be the ideal spot to enjoy a holiday, with something for every age.
The campsite is located in an idyllic place in South West France. Near the river that reaches the ocean in Contis-Plage. This village is the epitomy of a surfer village. There are cool bars, hip restaurants, surf schools and nice shops around every corner. Ofcourse you could also find ice creams and fresh crèpes everywhere, which the kids loved.
With our family of 4, we stayed in a premium Glamping tent, which was a great camping experience, but without the luxury of good beds, a private terrace/garden and our own bathroom. Can you still call this camping? :-) But I loved waking up to the sound of the birds and even the sea in the background.
There is a very nice pool area (with inside and outside pool) with some slides and a kids play area for the smaller ones. We also very much enjoyed the Pool bar, which had some great options for l'apéritif.
The camping also offered a restaurant, a takeaway, bike rental, entertainment for the kids,...But the vibe was equally laid back as in Contis-Plage itself and there were quiet spots everywhere if you didn't feel like engaging with the entertainment.
