So you want to visit Es Vedrà in Ibiza? There's some advice you might want to take into account. But let's start with the magic. The little island is known for being energetic, and is known as the “third most magnetic spot on Earth” after The North Pole and The Bermudas. The landscape views are blissful. You can see the curved horizon, the majestic cliffs and, if you are lucky, a family of dolphins swimming across the sea.
Do's & don'ts for Es Vedrá:
- Arrive and leave early. Sunset at this beautiful spot might be the busiest gathering you've ever seen. People arrive with bags of clothes for photosessions, with alcohol, with music and there will be no way you can leave the parking lot since it will be jammed. In summertime, don't arrive after 8 p.m. We arrived at 6.30 p.m and left at 7.30 and it was already quite chaotic.
- Park your car at the beginning of the parking lot or even on the streets. You will have to walk anyway, so park your car in a spot where you know you can leave whenever you want. Otherwise, you might get stuck.
- Bring your own food and snacks, but also bring back the trash. There are no bins near Es Vedra, so pay respect for the environment.
- Go for dinner at Es Boldado after, also with staggering views over Es Vedra.
- Rest and turn inward. A visit to Es Vedra is a great moment to contemplate, to turn inward and to find some inner calmness. Let the energetic energy fill your cup.
