Turtles & dolphins
An early morning boat tour with flippers and snorkling gear. You might see some dolphins if you are lucky! In the afternoon, chill at Black Beach (Punalu'u Beach) and spot some amazing sea turtles.

Join the water with wild dolphins
The Hawaiian word for dolphin is “Nai’a.” It refers to any dolphin species present in Hawaiian seas. Most dolphin/snorkel cruises depart from Keauhou Bay, sometimes twice daily such as the Fair Wind catamaran or Captain Zodiac inflatable rafts. The aim of this trip is not to touch the dolphins, but to also be in the water with them. Whole pods of spinner dolphins can swim underneath you, passing right through. You might also see them from the boat.

Hang out at Black Beach
Punalu’u black beach: Not only is this black sand beach stunning, it is one of the best places on the island to spot sea turtles! Bring your snorkeling gear and start in the waters just beyond the rocks as this is where they often like to hang out.
