Australia
A day in the sand and the sun
Seeking the best views, from sunrise till sunset. One for the early birds and night owls!

Early morning sunrise at Tidal River Foot Bridge
The next day begins with an early rise to watch the sun come up at the Tidal River Foot Bridge. The sun makes the grassy plains look like gold, birds start to wake up, while the river flows beneath you. No better start of the day!

Squeaky beach
A beach with white sand that squeaks when you walk over it! A stunning shore, crashing waves, and lot’s of sun to catch 🌞

Magical sunset in Wilsons Prom
At Wilsons Promontory National Park, Mount Oberon promises a sunset view like no other. We stayed at the Tidal River Campground, we're shuttle busses to the parking lot are available. Opting for a little more freedom, we drove ourselves. From here we started the 3.9 km hike to the top. It's a very easy one! Reaching the summit, we were treated to a breathtaking sunset. The sunsets are something else in Australia if you'd ask me! The descent during dusk added a touch of mystery to the landscape. However, as we returned to the parking lot, it was pitch dark. A headlight proved essential for the journey back. Also, it gets very windy at the top, so don't forget to bring a sweater.
