Sundays are for strolling, markets and roasts
A stroll along the Regent's Canal Walk, a visit to Victoria Park market, a Sunday roast and searching for Christmas lights in Soho.
Regent's Canal Walk and Victoria Park market
Sunday's are best enjoyed at a slower pace, so we started our day with a morning stroll along the Regent's Canal Walk. The 15k path runs along the Regent's Canal all the way from Little Venice to the Thames River bank, but you can join the path anywhere you like and do the walk in sections. We took the bus to Angel (Islington) and then walked towards Hackney, encountering many quirky house boats, neighborhood joggers, cozy coffee shops and some friendly squirrels along the way. We finished near Victoria Park where they host a weekly Sunday market (10am-4pm). A unique way to discover a more local side of London!

Sunday roast and evening strolls
Afterwards we went for a late Sunday roast at Three Crowns Shoreditch and then headed downtown to soak up the early Christmas vibes in Soho.
