Drive to Todos Santos
This cozy little village lies near the beach and has an authentic Mexican charm. It has impressive colonial buildings, Mexican art and crafts, and delicious typical regional food. Its uncrowded beaches are the perfect place to unwind, spend the day, and surf.
It's glamping time
Todos santos is just a 75 minutes drive from La Paz. We slept in 'Todos Santos hostel,' which is situated between the beach (a paradise for all surfers, from beginner to big-wave surfers) and the small village full of life: music festival, cine festival, and many great restaurants and bars. We rented a Glamping tent. I would definitely recommend this place. It has that chill - Mexican vibe.
Go surfing
As I mentioned before, it's a paradise for surfers year-round. But when we arrived in Todos Santos, the ocean was wild, and there were a lot of whales passing by close to the shore. When I say close, I mean incredibly close. So instead of surfing, we relaxed and watched all the whales pass by. A moment I will never forget.
