A beautiful stay at Hotel Playa de la Luz straight at the beach
The sunniest day of our trip so we stayed close to the hotel to enjoy the sun at the beach.
Arrival at Hotel Playa de la Luz
After a flight of 3 hours we arrived at the beautiful Andalusia. Hotel Playa de la Luz, located in Rota, had a great welcome for us: a perfect local welcome drink. After settling at our room, we started exploring the hotel. The beach bar, roof top pool, fitness room, wellness availabilities, the restaurant… It looked like paradise.
Sipping coconuts at Playa de Piedras Gordas
Our afternoon consisted of sipping coconuts at Playa de Piedras Gordas, while having a clear view of the nearby city Cádiz. Start of November and still 22 degrees and feel the sun burning on your skin. After we finished the coconut we took a walk along the entire length of the beach.

It is extremely useful if you can work from anywhere. Especially a place like this, so beautiful at the beach with a setting sun.
Sunset... the most beautiful there is
The highlight of the day: Sunset! Pouring wine into our glasses, eating some grapes and having the blessing of watching the sun go down into the sea, an amazing good start of our workation.
