When I was 21, I did my first solo backpacking trip in India (with my essential beauty products). Not metaphorically—I literally discovered Rajasthan on my own. While I was backpacking, I thought about leaving approximately 1,000 times. (And that’s a lowball estimate.) But despite the different struggles the first days, cultural shock, mental and physical fatigue, and trail mix overdose, I kept going. I’m that person, I'm curious and ambitious. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen.
