Split is a popular tourist destination in Croatia. This city on the adriatic sea is the located in the middle of the country so it is an ideal place to fly into or make a stop on your Croatia roadtrip like we did. Most people come here to have a nice relaxing beach vacation where you can combine a beach vacation with a citytrip in one. But there is more to do and see here besides relaxing! Did you know that there is an ancient Roman palace in the middle of city?The city is quite big and you can easily spend two days or more here.
